"Fast replies, which honestly helped"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but they got back to me quickly and actually answered my questions in a way that made sense. I kept thinking I might be missing something, but it ended up being straightforward and not much of a hassle. I’d probably use them again.

"Felt like no one was in charge"
This trip was disorganized from the start. The plans kept changing, and every time I asked what was going on, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or give a clear answer. It ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Knowledgeable guide, but the trip was just okay..."
Our guide definitely knew their stuff!!! They were experienced and answered most of the questions really well, which I appreciated. But the tour felt a little rushed at times?? And it didn’t seem super organized in a few spots... It wasn’t bad or anything, just not quite as smooth as I was expecting overall!!!

"Nice local vibe, with a few things to watch"
It had a genuine local feel, which I liked. I’m usually a bit cautious about places that seem too polished or too touristy, but this felt real enough to be worth trying. Not perfect, but overall I felt okay about the experience.

"Felt legit, but I still checked things twice"
I used Nomad Espresso and overall it gave me a trustworthy feeling. The site was simple enough to get around, and I didn’t run into anything that made me feel like something was off. I do appreciate when websites explain things super clearly, so I found myself double-checking a couple details just to feel sure. That said, nothing came across as scammy or suspicious. I’d probably use it again, but I’d still take the usual precautions I take with any online service.

"Booking took longer than I expected"
I found the booking process a bit frustrating because it took longer than I thought it would. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one didn’t feel as quick or smooth, so it wasn’t the easiest experience for me.

"Wish it was a bit clearer"
The updates came late, which was kinda frustrating... but they did get back to me eventually so that was good

"Pretty good for the price"
I wasn’t totally sure at first... the prices seemed almost too reasonable, so I had low-ish expectations. But it ended up being better than I thought.

For what I paid, uniterra-nomad.com gave me what I needed without making things complicated. It was simple, clear, and everything worked fine for me.

I’ve tried more expensive options before, and... I can’t really say they felt much better. So yeah, I’d call this good value, and I’d use them again.

"Room wasn’t as good as I expected"
Booking was easy enough, but the room itself was disappointing. It looked older than the photos made it seem, and it didn’t feel all that clean, especially the bathroom.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there was some noise during the night too. The staff did respond when I complained, but nothing really changed, so for the price, I’d expected better.
